About Us

Quest Courier Services Limited was established in 1979, making 2010 our 31st anniversary. Our head office and records storage facilities are both located in the Lawrence Avenue and Kingston Road area of Scarborough. We also operate two freight operations locations in the Warden/Kennedy and 14th Avenue area of Markham.

Quest is licensed to operate a courier service in accordance with the by-laws of the Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto and is a member of the Canadian Courier Association. We are licensed, through Transport Canada, to operate three (3) base stations and seventy-five (75) mobile two-way radios on the 400 MHz (conventional) band.

Quest employs, under contracts for services, over seventy-five uniformed driver/vehicle units ranging in size from bicycles to tractor trailers. Our inside staff of fifteen professionals handle the various administrative, operational and customer service functions required to provide the necessary support for our team of couriers. Each driver owned vehicle is required to be maintained in good running condition and abide by all safety requirements as required by law. We utilize , in our opinion, the best available technology for our industry. We are licensed users of F.B.N. Systems Group Inc. "Cars" software solution for courier and dispatch and "XTALK" customer remote and mobile communication, running on our IBM Netfinity 5000.  All driver/vehicle units upload real-time shipment data via BlackBerry hand-held units.
