Delivery of your envelope/package within our GTA Service Area within 60-90 minutes of order/ready time during *regular hours, depending on weather and traffic conditions.
Rush
Delivery of your envelope/package within our GTA Service Area within 2-3 hours of order/ready time during *regular hours, depending on weather and traffic conditions.
Sameday
Delivery of your envelope/package within our GTA Service Area by 5:00 p.m. the same business day providing the order is received and ready prior to 12:00 p.m. (noon).
Overnight
Delivery of your envelope/package within our GTA Service Area by 5:00 p.m. the next business day providing the order is received and ready prior to 3:00 p.m.
Direct Drive
Direct door-to-door delivery of your envelope/package anywhere within Ontario/Quebec not serviced by Air Canada.
Next Flight Out
Direct door-to-door delivery of your envelope/package **almost anywhere in Canada.
Dedicated
Dedicated vehicle (car/van) and driver service on an hourly, daily, weekly or monthly contract basis tailor made to your specific requirements.
Accessorial Charges
WEIGHTA weight surcharge shall apply for any shipment who's total weight exceeds 25 lb. (11.3 kg.)
VANA van surcharge shall apply for any shipment who's total weight exceeds 100 lb. (45.4 kg.)
TIMEA time surchrage shall apply where waiting, loading, off-loading or other delays exceed 15 minutes.
AFTER HOURSAn after-hour surcharge shall apply for any shipment requested to begin or end outside our *regular hours.
WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS A weekend or holiday surcharge shall apply for any shipment requested to begin or end outside our *regular hours.

* Our regular operating hours are 8:00 a.m. Through 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday not including Public Holidays.
** Limited by Air Canada's (and/or its affiliates') schedules, availablity/size of aircraft and/or geographic limitations of destination agents.
